Jason entered the industry at a young age. He began in a call center for a company in Kansas which educated and trained annuity and life insurance professionals. Jason was quickly promoted to recruiter/trainer for the third largest firm in the country. He found being younger than those he trained was an asset, explaining, “I would teach the agents how to help their clients in the way I would want my grandparents to be treated.”
Eventually, he decided to put what he had learned into practice and chose to move to Arizona. He hasn’t regretted it once. Learning the business from the ground up, and continuing to learn new products and strategies has been a tremendous asset to Jason’s clients as well as Nation’s First Financial, where he trains the team when new products are developed.
