Daniel leads Nations First Financial and wrote the Amazon bestseller Buy Back Your Life. He got into this work to give retirees the straight answers his own family once needed.
Randy founded Nations First Financial and has spent four decades helping families protect what they have saved and turn it into income they can count on. Clients still come to him for the straight, kitchen-table answers he has been giving since day one.
Ron brings more than 25 years of experience and a special focus on Arizona’s rural communities — driving out to kitchen tables from Prescott to the farming towns, so families outside the big cities get the same clear planning as everyone else.
A Gilbert, Arizona native, Mike built his career starting, acquiring and exiting businesses in real estate and investment ventures. Today he helps NFF clients plan for retirement, preserve wealth and secure their financial future. He lives in Scottsdale with his wife and two daughters.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Brooke serves as Director of Operations at NFF, bringing 22 years of experience in the life insurance and annuity industry at both the carrier and brokerage general agency (BGA) levels. Her background in sales gives her valuable insight into the needs of agents and clients, shaping her approach to operational efficiency, team support, and exceptional service.
Fronge Wilson
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Fronge serves as Operations Manager at NFF, bringing more than 30 years of industry experience and over 12 years with the NFF team. Her depth of knowledge and longstanding commitment help keep daily operations running smoothly while providing dependable support to her colleagues, agents, and clients.
Eula Santonil
SUPPORT TEAM LEAD
Eula serves as NFF’s Support Team Lead, coordinating the team’s work on client reviews, appointment preparation and follow‑up, and CRM maintenance. She helps keep priorities aligned and details organized so the team can provide consistent, dependable support.
Amy Johnson
RECEPTIONIST · RESIDENT “CARE BEAR”
Amy serves as NFF’s receptionist and resident “Care Bear,” offering a warm welcome to clients, agents, and visitors. She helps keep the office connected and organized, bringing a caring touch to everyday interactions and making people feel supported from their first hello.

Taylor serves as Client Success Manager at NFF, with a focus on policyholder service. She assists with policy updates and service requests, providing clear communication and personalized support to help agents and clients manage their ongoing policy needs.

Jan leads NFF’s digital operations and backend systems, handling everything from funnel architecture and paid ad execution to automated workflows and HighLevel integration. He ensures the team’s tech ecosystem runs efficiently to support consistent business growth.
